TERMS OF USE - RAADHA JEWELS

Welcome to Raadha Jewels. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms listed below. Please read them carefully.

PAYMENT POLICY

  1. We currently accept UPI payments only.
    (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI-enabled app.)

  2. Payments must be successfully completed before the order is processed.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

PERSONALISATION POLICY

  • All our jewellery pieces are imitation/fashion jewellery and not real gold, silver, or diamonds.

  • Colour, shine, and texture may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Minor variations or handcrafted detailing are normal and not considered defects.

SHIPMENT POLICY

  1. We ship across India.

  2. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

  3. Delivery time is usually 6–8 working days, depending on your location.

  4. Once shipped, your tracking details will be shared with you.

  5. Delays caused by courier issues, weather, or unavoidable situations are not under our control.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

  2. Only in case of damaged or wrong product, a replacement will be provided.

  3. For claiming replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory — clearly showing the unopened package and item inside.

  4. Claims without a proper video will not be accepted.

  5. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any issue.

Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
  2. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Raadha Jewels is not responsible for:

    • Allergic reactions (though products are generally skin-friendly)

    • Delays due to courier or external issues

    • Wrong address provided by customer

    Customers are advised to check product details before purchase.

Privacy

  1. Your personal details (name, phone number, address, etc.) are used only for order processing and shipping.
    We do not share or sell your information to any third party.
  2. All images, designs, logos, and content on Raadha Jewels’ website are our property.
    Any copying, reposting, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
