Return, Refund & Exchange Policy - Raadha Jewels

At Raadha Jewels, your satisfaction matters the most. Every product is checked and packed carefully, but if you face any issue, we are here to help with a simple and transparent policy. To process any damage/wrong-product claim, a full opening video is mandatory. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the claim.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We follow strict quality checks, but in case of any issue:

✔ You can request a Return or Exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
✔ Product must be unused, with original box, tags, and packaging.
✔ Wrong / damaged / missing items will be exchanged free of cost (with opening video).
For non-damaged exchange requests:

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible.
  • COD orders cannot be exchanged unless damaged.

Shipping Charges

If the product is damaged or incorrect:

  • Exchange is completely FREE
    (we bear the shipping charges)

For any other exchange reason:

  •  A flat ₹80 shipping will apply
    (for both COD & Prepaid orders)

Provide:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for exchange/return

  3. Full opening video (if damaged/wrong item)

Once the product is returned to us, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

Important Exchange Guidelines

All returned products go through a Quality Check.

Exchange is approved only for:
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Damaged delivery
✔ Wrong product sent

If your selected exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

  • For prepaid orders → Refund will go to the original payment method.

  • For COD damaged cases → Refund will be issued via UPI.

Customer Conduct Policy

We always treat our customers with respect and care.
However, in cases of misbehaviour, abusive language, or rude communication:

  •  The support request will be closed immediately
  •  No further assistance will be provided
